All examples now available on dedocs

The examples have been transferred from denic.de to dedocs and updated to RRI protocol version 5.0. The navigation has been redesigned. The examples are categorized according to "Requests", "Messages" and "XML Schema". The examples on a page in different data formats are arranged in tabs.

Example for the message type “authInfo2Notify”: The message type “authInfo2Notify” is located in the "Messages" category. On the “authInfo2Notify” page, examples for the XML, K/V, and e-mail formats are arranged in tabs.
